Sharon has over 20 years experience transforming organizations globally. She has been awarded as the Top 25 Most Talented Global Training & Development Leaders by the World HRD Congress. Her extensive experience has enabled her to work with different cultures across 25 countries in Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia & Oceania. Sharon is a learning design consultant, pre-opening hotel specialist, leadership development facilitator and mentor for senior executives. Her clients have ranged in size and industry with a focus on Hospitality, Tourism, IT, Royal Palaces and corporate clients.

 

She has opened more than 25 hotels properties globally from conceptualization, design and development of  brand & departmental standards, company culture, guest experience and leadership programs from start to end. Her last two projects included the entire set-up of the brand and culture programs for two prominent hotel start-up brands. She has a proven record of service enhancement and most hotels she worked with have won various prestige and service awards.

 

For over two decades, Sharon has helped global clients develop their organization culture and drive the development of their leadership talent as they strive for excellence. She has gained international experience in developing and implementing leadership frameworks including the design, delivery and assessment of leadership, management and supervisory programs across the globe. She consults clients on how to accelerate their strategies to achieve and exceed the results they seek through leadership development. She has a clear focus to achieve workable solutions. Sharon has been advising global organizations deliver their strategic intent through enabling their leaders to engage their teams to become active members of the desired business objectives. She draws a skill set to help organizations formulate and achieve their strategy and cultural goals. She aids clients in closing the gap between strategic aspirations and reality through culture transformation.

 

She has a passionate belief that people are the key success in any organization She has a passion for building strong relationships with individuals and creating a learning environment that performs. A highly dynamic and driven individual, Sharon leads and directs projects from conception to completion, demonstrating a natural ability to influence and build strong relationships across cultures with peers, employees and stakeholders. Her work also connects the innovative expertise of front-line talent with the implementation of scale of strategic business priorities – transforming business objectives into reality.

 

Sharon has a 1st Class Honorary Bachelors Degree from the University of West London. She is also a certified facilitator for DiSC Profiling, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership & Management Development programs and the Malaysian HRDF Train the Trainer Program.
